Drop-off/Delivery Service: Convenience right at your door (for an additional fee)
Our delivery service is convenient because we deliver from address to address. However, if you need additional assistance and are unable to go out to the yard to hand over/collect the parcel from the courier, we offer a drop-off/delivery service.
What is it?
Drop-off/delivery service means that our driver will deliver (deliver) or take out (pick up) the parcel directly to your apartment or other premises located above the ground floor or in a difficult-to-reach place.
When is the additional fee applied?
This service is charged additionally and is not included in the standard delivery price. The drop-off/delivery fee is €5/£ (up to 2 packages) and applies in cases where the driver has to go upstairs or to another difficult-to-reach place to pick up or deliver the parcel.
Important to know:
- Think about acceptance/handover: Before sending a parcel, please assess who will accept it or hand it over to the courier and whether it will be possible to do so in the yard.
- Weight restrictions: Due to employee safety and health requirements, if the weight of the parcel exceeds 30 kg, the driver may refuse to carry it even for an additional fee. Therefore, we recommend that the weight of one package does not exceed 30 kg.
- Free delivery/pickup in the yard: If you bring the parcel/come to pick it up yourself in the yard, no additional delivery/pickup fee will be applied.
